Engineering Design & Manufacturing

Most designers will tell you
what won't work.

I figure out how to make it happen.

01

Product Design

Concept to production-ready — full design and prototyping

02

CAD Engineering

Precise, manufacturable drawings and 3D models

03

3D Printing

In-house FDM up to PA12-CF carbon fiber nylon

04

Production Handoff

Metal, CNC & sheet metal sourced and managed

How It Started

It started with two high school friends catching up.

One conversation led to one project. One project turned into designing virtually everything they sell today.

That's how I work. I'm not a vendor you hire once and forget. I'm the person companies call when they're stuck — when someone's been telling them no without showing them why, or when the people they hired stopped listening somewhere along the way.

I'm not the loudest person in the room. But I'm usually the one who finds the answer.

Housing System

Full system design covering the housing body, end caps, and access cover — all developed together as a cohesive assembly. Each component was designed for clean extrusion and straightforward production.

Spring Track System

Mating extrusion pair designed to work together as a complete spring track assembly. The insert and receiver profiles were engineered to fit precisely, with the engagement geometry worked out in CAD before anything went to production.

Bottom Bar Probe

Structural component designed with an internal spring steel plate for added strength and countersunk mounting. Prototyped in-house via FDM, then taken through to a production injection molded version in white.

If you've got an idea that isn't moving —

Let's talk. Whether you're stuck on a design, frustrated with who you've hired, or just not sure where to start — that's exactly where I come in.
